📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics
• Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content to promote our events and campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns by assisting in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing databases, tracking campaign metrics, and preparing reports
• Assist in the organization and execution of team meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to support the marketing team's efforts
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in events planning, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
