📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, using tools like SAP and QuickBooks.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and practices, and ensure compliance with these standards.
• Provide financial support to the local team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in audits and financial reviews as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an intercompany environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
