📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers.
- Monitor and control budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
