📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support the execution of Line Maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of tools, materials, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and record maintenance activities using SAP and Maximo, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the maintenance process.
- Participate in safety drills and inspections, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist in the training of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft maintenance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation maintenance industry.
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Maximo for maintenance documentation and tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid certification in aviation safety or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
