In this pivotal role, you will drive the analysis, implementation, and optimization of RFID systems in our smart manufacturing and logistics operations. Located in Cicurug, Jawa Barat, you'll be part of a dynamic team transforming how we monitor and manage our supply chain.

As an IoT RFID Implementation Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RFID technology into our existing systems. You'll leverage your expertise in RFID hardware and software, including EPC Gen2 tags, readers, and middleware, to enhance our production efficiency and reduce operational costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and design RFID solutions tailored to our smart manufacturing and logistics needs.
• Implement and configure RFID hardware and software, including EPC Gen2 tags, readers, and middleware.
• Integrate RFID systems with existing IoT platforms and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Optimize RFID performance to ensure real-time tracking and monitoring of inventory and assets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RFID-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on RFID technology and best practices.
• Monitor and report on RFID system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless implementation of RFID technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RFID technology implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of IoT protocols and standards, including EPC Gen2, RFID middleware, and IoT platforms.
• Proficiency in RFID hardware and software, including readers, tags, and middleware.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise software integration.
• Certification in RFID technology (e.g., EPCglobal, Impinj, Zebra Technologies) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
