📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office equipment, including computers, printers, and other IT devices.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of shared workspaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature and airflow in all facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to prevent potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage and dispose of waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new office equipment and furniture.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and execute maintenance schedules and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong knowledge of office equipment maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
