📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Monitor and review the work of accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning is a plus.
