In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the finance department.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide reports to stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
