📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with food and beverage orders, including taking and relaying orders to the kitchen.
• Provide exceptional table service, including refilling drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient dining environment by being a friendly and approachable team member.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stock taking and cash handling.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably as a server or runner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
