📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs of individual students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to express themselves confidently
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive activities, games, and multimedia tools
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded education for all students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in English language education
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance
• Promote a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and respected

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to children
• Proven track record of success in developing students' language skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Knowledge of educational software and tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams
