Nest Glow Group is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Belawan. This is an urgent position to support our growing product documentation needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documents that help our users understand and effectively use our products. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and relevant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other user-facing documents.
  • Ensure that all technical documents are compliant with company standards and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread documents.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to work.
