📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
