TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about warehouse and inventory management and wants to make a difference in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse is safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimized.
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
