📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of villas and facilities,Ensure all villas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations,Monitor and maintain the functionality of all facilities and amenities,Ensure all safety and security measures are in place and up to standard,Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment,Conduct regular inspections and audits of villas and facilities,Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hospitality, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in villa maintenance or facilities management,Knowledge of local building codes and regulations,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
