📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Monitor and evaluate service quality in tour operations,Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards,Develop and maintain service quality manuals and procedures,Train and mentor staff on service quality standards and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service quality,Provide regular reports on service quality metrics and trends,Ensure all tour operations meet or exceed customer expectations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in service quality assurance or a related role,Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with travel industry operations and best practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently🛠️ Keahlian
