📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.,Create user guides, manuals, and other supporting materials to assist customers and internal teams.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.,Mentor and support junior technical writers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or IT products.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
