SHIFT Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and contributing to the overall success of our company. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of operational processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high operational standards.,Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
