📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Identify and resolve any issues in the distribution process to improve efficiency.,Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure seamless transportation of goods.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution operations and provide feedback.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance distribution skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
