📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and execute litigation strategies, including case preparation, filing, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, responses, and motions.
- Represent the bank in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to senior legal staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a financial or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian civil and commercial law.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Experience with case management software, such as CaseMap or Westlaw.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
