As the Lead Staff Accounting, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including tax planning and preparation.,Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
