📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food production.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control programs.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Create and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.,Lead and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
