📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
