📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the construction and maintenance of company sites.,Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities and performance.,Provide technical support and guidance to site staff as needed.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
