PULSE Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Ubud. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to be part of our vibrant office environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client interactions.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
