This strategic role is pivotal in driving world-class supply chain operations for our Cables Commodity team. You'll be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 professionals, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

As Group Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our supply chain strategy, leveraging your expertise in SAP, Excel, and other industry-standard tools to optimize our operations. You'll work closely with teams in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring that our supply chain processes are efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 10-15 Supply Chain professionals, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and control of supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are procured, stored, and distributed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage SAP and other industry-standard tools to monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that they meet our quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and innovations into our supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing supply chain operations.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, Excel, and other industry-standard supply chain tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies, with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
