Depot Rama Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong ability to multitask.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, including reception desk, waiting area, and guest facilities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Monitor and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.,Provide information about the restaurant, its services, and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing excellent service.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
