As a Food and Beverage Procurement Specialist at Royal Progress Hospital, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and with our finance department to manage budgets and costs effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of food and beverage supplies for the hospital's cafeteria and patient dining areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the hospital.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that supplies are available when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage standards.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and costs effectively.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage procurement, with a strong background in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
