📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of junior and senior high school students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and academic success.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest trends and research in ESL teaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
