📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote our products and services effectively through various channels.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to drive sales growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
