📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

Assist in the planning and coordination of training activities.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
