📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the beverage distribution network in Palembang.,Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports to the Area Manager on sales performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or management within the beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and sales management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
