📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer operations or support role.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payment processing systems and customer service tools is a plus.
