Sehati Indra Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Personalia Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in the recruitment process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee files, and assisting with payroll procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in any other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administrative Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
