In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with table service, ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure our guests have a delightful experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with table service, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist with wine service, including pouring and recommending wines to guests.
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining environment.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist with special events and promotions, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
